Instructors should create a content area that is hidden from students.  The 'ePortfolios - Faculty Moderate Communities' tool link should then be added to that content area.  This link will take you to the page in Foliotek where you can moderate the communities for your courses.

Clicking this link will automatically load your Foliotek account.  This process can take a minute, so be patient while you're account loads.  DO NOT click the additional 'Launch' link if you see one as this will generate an error.
